What to Bring:
Hair brush & contact lense stuff or wear glasses. We provide everything else unless you have specific body wash, shampoo and conditioner you like to use you are more than welcome to bring it.
Things to know before Floating:
~Don't shave or wax at least 12 hours before floating or it may irritate the skin
~Eat only a light meal before floating
~Avoid stimulants such as caffeine and alcohol on the day of float session
~Take out contact lenses
~If you color your hair make sure you wait to float until the water is clear when shampooing it so the color doesn't come out in the float pod
~Drink plenty of water to help with the detoxing process
~Wait at least 2 weeks after getting a tattoo to float
~You may float nude or in a swimsuit, however you are comfortable
Who can't Float:
~Epilepsy and not on medication
~Have open wounds
~Always seek the advice of your medical professional if you have a medical condition you're not sure about
